Excellent stay overall. The check-in process was fully contactless, with no need for direct interaction with a receptionist. The instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, making the arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment is stylish, modern, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The internet connection was stable and reliable, which was important for work purposes. The only downside was that the keypad locks were not always very responsive, and it sometimes took a bit of extra time to enter inside your room. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would still recommend this place.

Great suite! We booked it last min due to our previous hotel's cancellation, and they had great communication over the booking platform. It's a great suite for a longer type of stay, just because it's fully equipped with a full kitchen, in unit laundry, living room, and bedroom. It was very clean; the placing of the AC unit was just weird because it was directly over the cooking area, making it inefficient for cooking or staying there to do anything, and warmer in the bedroom with no direct ventilation. The beds (both extendable sofa bed and main bedroom) were uncomfortable though. Great value but this was really the whole point-- to have a comfortable rest. Main bedroom mattress was really hard, while the sofa bed was so thin you could feel the metal support under. It was self check in which I did not know because the instructions were sent to me 2 hrs after check in time. By the time we got there past 8, we did not know how to get in but was lucky because a staff member was there to check on something and guided us. Another improvement to make was to have an actual baggage storage room, as it was advertised that they did, but apparently you just leave them at an unattended desk by the reception and trust the CCTVs. No problem as our bags were not stolen but still very risky. It's great that they provide extra blankets, pillows, and towels. However we were given 5 small pcs of low quality shampoo for one night stay and no conditioner, so my hair ended up being dry the next day lol. Overall great value!

Very convenient location, right beside convention centre. We had issues receiving check in information on day 0 so we talked to the receptionist, who figured it out for soon in a few hours and got that fixed. Then we had an issue with a leaking shower on day 1 so we talked to the receptionist, who immediately switched us to another room in the same building. Building is a little old but rooms are very nice and very good service

We booked for a one night trip for Igloo Fest and this was the perfect place for that. The location is amazing and the room itself was so spacious and comfortable. The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Despite what the other reviews say, we felt safe and no concerns whatsoever. Sure there are homeless folks around but it’s a city and sadly that normal. For the price I think this is a good place to stay!
